Card Condition Standards

Clear, honest grading standards for every collector.
At Oh For Fun’s Sake, every card is graded with consistency and buyer-first honesty. We review
surface, edges, corners, scratches, dents, bends, centering, print defects, and overall eye appeal.
Near Mint (NM): Little to no visible wear. Clean edges, sharp corners, excellent presentation.
Lightly Played (LP): Minor whitening, light scratches, or subtle handling signs.
Moderately Played (MP): Noticeable wear, edge whitening, scratches, or minor bends safe for sleeve
play.
Heavily Played (HP): Heavy wear, dents, grime, bends, or strong whitening. Great for decks.
Damaged: Creases, tears, peeling, water damage, writing, holes, or structural issues.
Buyer-First Promise: If a card falls between grades, we always choose the safer lower condition so
your purchase meets or exceeds expectations.
