Returns Overview
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Most items may be returned within 7 days of delivery or
purchase if they are in the same condition received.

Return Requirements
Items must be unaltered, unopened (if sealed), and match the original condition grade. Returns must be
requested within 7 days and shipped back within 14 days of approval.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened sealed products, altered or used items, clearance/final sale items, and mystery or randomized products
are not eligible.

Condition Disputes
If you believe a card was incorrectly graded, contact us within 7 days with photos if requested. Items returned in
different condition may be re-evaluated or partially refunded.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection. Store credit may
be offered in some cases.

Return Shipping
We cover return shipping if the error is ours. Otherwise, the customer is responsible. We recommend tracked
shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace, refund, or provide store credit.

Buy list / Selling to Us
All items are subject to inspection and regrading. Final offers may change based on condition and market value.
