By visiting, purchasing from, selling to, or interacting with Oh For Fun’s Sake, you agree to these Terms of
Service. We may update these terms at any time.

Use of Our Services
We provide trading cards, collectibles, buylist services, and events. You agree to use our services lawfully and
respectfully.

Product Condition
All items are sold based on our Card Condition Standards. Minor imperfections may exist, especially with vintage
items.

Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full. We reserve the right to cancel orders and adjust pricing at any time.

Shipping
We process orders quickly, but delivery times depend on carriers. We are not responsible for shipping delays
once items leave our possession.

Returns
Returns must be requested within 7 days and returned within 14 days of approval. Some items are
non-returnable including opened sealed products.

Buylist / Selling
All items submitted are subject to inspection and re-grading. Values may change based on condition and market
demand. You confirm items are authentic and owned by you.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect damages or
manufacturer defects.

Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
